Please don't shoot me down on this! Basically I've loads of heli's and was wondering if I can use my AR6100 on say the Trex 600 and Sweet 16 helicopters- possibly also Voyager 50 and Knight 50- . My reasoning is this-
I use my DX6 for the smaller heli's-trex 450,etc and they happily use AR6000-this is as Spektrum state a "park flyer" set- I've taken my 450 to almost out of sight and still have full control,no probs there- on my other larger helis, I use DX7 and I use AR7000 recievers- I've a few AR6100 spare- they work with the dx7 and I've had no range problems with either unit( one is in a Dragonus 450)- as far as I know,I can't see why I can't put one of them in the larger helis- unless I've really missed something ,
    Thanks ,3dx

AR6100 is a park flying receiver. With smaller park flying aircraft you don't fly them as far as a bigger aircraft because it becomes hard to see at distence and orientation becomes a problem, with a larger heli you can see its orientation at a further distance so can therefore can fly it further away.

I would not advise using a park flyer receiver in a large heli as they only have 1 receiver were the full size RX has 2 receivers with dual paths.

last thing you want is to have a lockout on a larger model.
