DX7 Throttle Trim Switch Gone Dodgy, Can It Be Repaired?

Hi All,

Pretty much as title, today i moved the trim down to shut off the engine, and then it wouldn't come back up until i gentley rocked the trim switch. Dodgy switch i think.

Can this be repaired does anyone know?
