AR7100 & Top Service from Horizon UK

I intend on adding a full description to this thread later, but after chasing a problem with my vibe 50 from new, which runs a high voltage servo system and uses an AR7100 receiver .
Anyway after changing just about everything govenor wise I lost radio link on Sunday and he crashed

The fault turned out to be the AR7100 ,I returned it to Horizon UK and in just over 24 hours a shiney new RX arrived at my work. Thats top service from horizon so a great big thank you goes their way,

now I just have to sort the concequential damage (thankfully at the moment blades only, fingers crossed )

So you are thanking the importers for replacing your faulty Rx, which caused a hundred pounds worth of crash.

So they should, and thats the very least they should do.

Their customer service is always top quality, but maybe they should apply more Quality Control at the factory instead.

you are right !!! but at least they exchanged the faulty part very quickly.

I once had a problem with Align & Skyline where I spent loads on replacing items

only to find the first thing, (thrust bearings) they had replace under warrenty were faulty to, and they didnt want to know about all the other things I had replaced trying to find the fault.

Thats why I don't use Skyline unfortunatly I had to buy a T rex 700 as they are fab

I just wanted people to know Horizon's aftersales , in my case was fab but I do agree about the damaged caused , they should offer to pay for it.,,,,,,,
