i'll order from my fave US supplier just to be sure. Thought I'd be clever and start getting a few Rx's in stock, not a hope all gone no stock anywhere...that will be the next nightmare

Blade 130x, Park Zone Mini Sukhoi, EDF F16 thingy, some Gliders and some broken stuff
My problem with the whole thing is that if you go the spektrum module route, you have to start buying spektrum Rxers.
In the future, sure as eggs is eggs, Futaba and JR will be producing their own 2.4G systems which we will want to upgrade to. My gut feeling is that we will want to have a 2.4G Futaba/JR set over a spektrum one in the same way as we want JR/Futaba now. If the big 2 were making 2.4G now - would we be buying Spektrum? I think prolly not...
Now if we buy the spekrtum module and Rxers now and if we want the JR/Fut sets in the future we will need to change back to Futaba or JR receivers again
Its the same with everything tho......if you want it now, buy whatever is available...if you want certain brands, expect to wait a LONG time.
JR haven't even bought anything out yet, which is odd because they make the Specktrum gear lol, and the Futaba stuff isnt as good as the Specktrum (from what I hear)......so it could be a while until anything proper comes out from the bigger brands
The Futaba 2.4g is far superior to Spektrum, faster and more stable. As stated earlier I had several probs with Speky but since the change to Futaba nothing at all! And the Futaba Rx is wireless.
The new stuff is due out early summer as you know and i'm sure will be popular!
You could probably feed the ariel wire through the Tx case?
In the DX7 write up on the Spektrum website it says they were going to use frequency hopping ages ago but for some reason its not so good,,,glad Futaba have decided to use it
Futaba are desparately trying to play catch up here and i think these modules have finished them
35mhz will die out
I am sticking with Spektrum, they are well established, items are cheap and they just work
