Proximity of RX's to one another

I'm currently putting the Spektrum kit in my Spirit and there isn't acres of room to fit the two RX's. I do have an ideal spot in mind but it leaves just 10/15mm between the two sets of aerials - is this too close? I'll post a pic shortly.

The further the better really and at different directions to each other as per instructions

You only gain an advantage of two receivers by the spacing and orientation Andy.
