AR7000 issue

just went to bind my new receiver to my dx7 but on powering up I just get a quick blink from the led and then nothing. Is it faulty?

if the bind plug is plugged in to the batt/bind port, then yes id say it is.

Make sure it is connected correctly, I usually just plug a 4.8v receiver pack into the receiver with the bind plug in place (correct socket of course) you can use any of the other sockets to connect the battery to.
Did this myself once and it was me not the receiver at fault, (no change there then)
