T810 tx/rx

Hi...
I mentioned this TX in my intro and will let you know how i get on with it when it arrives. It's a 2.4GHz 8CH tranny. I guess the programming will be a lot different than the DX7 was, so it may take a while to sus it out. Of course it may be a pile of cr*p but on the other hand it might be as good or better than the DX7. But if it's ok, it comes in at half the price so it has to be worth a try.
What do you think ??

where did you buy it? you need to check this out because if you fly with a non uk approved radio then your insurer could void your cover in the event of an accident. if from HK or similar it could also mean you are the importer and therefore responsible for obtaining uk type approval.

Not waving a stick but you need to be aware of the implications. That said, the tranny looks ok, nice big screen too.

The RX/TX was $169 or $199 delivered and the RX alone i can buy for $40. and yes i know it's cheap and you're thinking ... 'he should have kept his DX7'... but if we never try something different then we would never know.
