Has anyone managed to turn off the bleeping every time you change a setting? I can't find a menu option. It was ok at first but it's starting to get to me now.

I'm now only allowed to do setups up to a certain time in the evening. I'm tempted to try and find the bleeper with my wire cutters in hand!

That's a good idea. I expect it'll be a tiny surface mount component that you can't get a soldering iron to.

I know what you mean but when you're experimenting with different settings they go on and on and on...

I thought there was something not quite right with my dx6i, as it was bleeping randomly while I was flying...Eventually I worked out I was brushing the roller with the heel of my hand...Doh!

Another reason for bleep on/off option. Mine bleeps when when it's waiting and I'm not even holding it.

I find that if I take the batteries out my DX7 stops bleeping almost immediately.
