    Thanks for the advice, do you think using a ferrite ring will help as well? This is what i was thinking of using.

        Yes, I should really have mentioned the use of a ferrite core as well This is essentially an inductor which acts as a low pass filter cutting out the high freq. EMI/RFI. Wrap the twisted pair around the ferrite ring a few times (3-5).

          Well I've been in contact Murata Power Solutions about 7803SR-C and may have a few samples on there way...call suppler tomorrow.

          Texas instruments do some pretty much same thing only need to add 3 very cheap parts and that is cheap ie sample
