summary of spectrum dx7

I want to use mine on the Trex600 -- how/where did you mount the Rx's.

One in the back between the frames, flat. The other I just servo taped to the side of the frames.

I need advice again-I'am considering going over to the spectrum system completely-with the amount of models I have( last count was 18 models-10helis and 9 aircraft- mostly 3d and pattern)- Due to the cost that will be incurred,I've decided to keep 4 helis and 3 planks and sell the rest- my main question is how future proof is the system-will it eventually replace 35mhz- are there any limitations to the system-is it okay with 3rd party gear? servo's,speed controllers etc....

it works with all the gear 35mhz works with except 35mhz receivers (obviously )

As for future proof, I think we will be seeing a lot more of this as the demand is overtaking supply at the moment.

Or you could wait a bit and get something that is better and works(possibly) with your current Tx. Rumour has it around mid way through this month it should be available...

Dunno to be honest its still a bit of a grey area but there is supposed to be an announcement over the pond around second weekend of this month...

Hopefully the product will be shipping 'cos after the glitch I had this weekend on the hill I really can't afford more pairs of grundys and the cleanup afterwards

2 or 3 of the guys I fly with up the slope use 72Mhz sometimes to avoid getting shot down by the foamy assholes that think frequency control doesn't apply to them
