anybody can be an Arsehole, it takes real commitment, dedication and a whole lot of effort to be nice.
Sticks seem very responsive,i usually use zero expo but with that the merest breath on the aeileron when putting a elevator in gives a response, the same goes for rudder when using pitch
Flew heli yesterday up and away as far as i dared,,,ie little dot and no range problem
I love the 3 cm antennas
Tx feels a bit light and its weird not having the antenna stuck out in front of you
Got mine today, sticks definitely need tightening up a bit. Apart from that it lovely quality for the money. Will be fitting it into a machine for testing very shortly.
I checked the online manual and couldn't see an option to change mode, thanks for checking the instructions that come with it.
Looks like it has to be the correct mode or don't buy, maybe this needs to be made a bit more public cos every other trannie I have ever bought has had the option for either mode.
The DX7 is not user Mode changable, was just messing around in the service menue today and it can't even be done in that I think.
So make sure you buy the right one.
As it's a US developed they never seem to see the need to be able to change Mode, think every one over there flies mode 2 anyway!
Had a play with the DX7 for an hour -- quite impressed -- heard it had no throttle cut , but infact it has a throttle recovery .
You use the trim to stop the motor and it remembers for each model where it was . When you switch on again to that model you move the trim one click and jumps to the remembered position.
I think you get a lot for the £240 all I need is to get the same reliability as Futaba gave.
