Futaba 2.4 and Spectrum

High, I was thinking of getting a 2.4 module for my wc2 , can I still use my spectrum recivers or do I need Futaba?? Thanks

The Futaba and Spectrum 2.4Ghz systems are not compatable.

Surely, if you put a Spektrum DSM module into a Futaba radio, it will transmit in the DSM format not the FASST system, so it will be suitable with Spektrum receivers?

I don't know for sure tho?

yes if you put spektrum module in futaba then it is conpatible with spektrum receivers only not fasst.

I use spektrum module in my 12fg no problems todate and before i had one for my 10C again no issues.
Only thing i have done is soldered lead to pcb. To get rid connector which could puch module out when laid on its back. Handle protects module now.
