    My brain is hurting
    Can someone please help me.

I am building my Trex600 and having completed most of the build I am just setting up servos. arms etc. in general all is going OK however I cannot get the throttle sorted out.

The problem is the servo movement is not consistent to the stick movement.
I have set end points for throttle at +-100%
Total movement is full carburettor movement but it all happens between around 30% to 70% of the stick movement, the first 30% and the last 30% of stick movement has no effect on the servo?
the throttle curve is 0-100% straight line

    Am I missing something

    Hi

Have you checked the stick movement in relation to the servo monitor on the TX, or plug a different servo in as a quick check.

    Cheers

Have you tried the throttle servo in another channel Rob.

See if its the same or not.

Are you not just binding the servo at each end? Is the linkage the same lenght out on both the servo arm and the throttle rotor arm? Im thinking you should try bringing your end points down to say +-80 then if that gives you full stick travel go back and change the hole the linkage is mounted on. Bring it in a ball then that will aloow you to put your endpoint up again.

edit - just re-read the post, can you disconnect the linkage and see if the servo movement matches the stick movement?

not knowing too much about the dsx9 yet, what about the sliders on the sides, are they inhibited or could they effect it.
              All the best
              Tony.

                Thanks guys,

Have you checked the stick movement in relation to the servo monitor on the TX, or plug a different servo in as a quick check.
                Will do that

I have increased end points and can get more servo movement

Have you tried the throttle servo in another channel Rob.

See if its the same or not.
                Will check that as well

not knowing too much about the dsx9 yet, what about the sliders on the sides, are they inhibited or could they effect it.
                Have disabled those,

I will do a few more checks and have another look
                Cheers Guys

Are you looking at the right throttle curve? Does the behaviour change when you flick into idle up? The only way I know to get nonlinear throttle movement is the throttle curve (well, and a pooly calibrated throttle control).
