buddy box with dx6i??anyone know how to set it up??

Hi all,

i am wanting to teach my brother and i am wanting to setup a buddy lead between his dx6i and my dx6i for his blade 400.

i am thinking of using his dx6 as the master(in my hands) and using mine as the slave in his hands...then i dont have to put all the setings into my tx...

Firstly anyone know how to set it up???

Any tips when using or setting it up??

I will be using his blade 400.

any help would be really appreciative.

Heya there bud!

Well first off, you need a stereo 3.5mm male to male lead, you can pick this up from any audio store, (please correct my if i am wrong about the cable )

And im not sure about the DX6i but what i am sure of in the DX7 is that there is something called P-LINK this means that all the settings and trims are copied over from the master Tx to the Slave TX, so on the Slave TX you set it to Slave P-Link and on the Master to P-LINK, and then its a matter of holding the trainer switch down for the slave TX to become controllable of the Heli

Now im not 100% sure if this is correct, but no doubt members will share there input
