DX7-hover pitch and hover throttle trims

Although I like my DX7(just getting it set up), and my DX6i, Spectrums manual really suck. Does anyone know what the hover pitch and hover throttle rockers are for(besides the obvious), and how are they adjusted. really appreciate it guys..

These adjust the pitch and throttle up or down around mid stick (traditionally where Heli's were setup to hover).

They were designed to allow compensation for different wind strength or the engine running differently depending on weather conditions etc when flying.

However, I have never used them and with Heli's being setup to 3/4 stick hover, they have become somewhat superfluous.

I never use them on my DX7.

Just my 2p.
