  • T9CP or DX7

    Hi
    newbie question.
I have a Futaba T9CP, on 35Mhz and am soon to be getting (as part of a deal) a specktrum DX7 and AR 7000 combo.

If I wanted to go down the 2.4 Ghz route

Would I be best off selling on the T9CP - and using the specktrum from now on - OR - using the T9CP with a 2.4ghz module and receiver.

or should I stick to 35mhz? I've not used either in actual fact so do not know the benefits or otherwise of 2.4 over 35mhz or what the spektrum is like as a transmitter?

    thanks

I love the DX7, and with a module on any other transmitter, you are limiting that transmitter to 7 channels. I'd go native and go for the DX7.

If you were staying Futaba I'd actually go for the new 2.4ghz only 10C when it appears, otherwise I'd much prefer the DX7 over a T9CP with a module.
