      I've done the checks suggested by HH, and my Tx seems fine, but the date code is included in the American safety notice.

        I would return it.

        Better safe than sorry as this fault has sent my pitch out by around 3 degrees in less than two weeks due to the stick midpoint moving.

        Unless your going to check your monitor before every flight I would get it exchanged. When are you going on holiday next?

            checked mine and it is also faulty. Purchased early Jan 2009 and it doesn't have a date code.
