    I very rare make posts of this kind but I must give Horizon Hobby a mention on this matter.

    I sent a faulty AR7000 receiver back on Monday this week (it wouldnt bind.) and low and behold they have replaced it with a totally brand new unit still sealed in its packet today.


    Thank you very much Horizon Hobby. Fantastic service.

      Yes this was the receiver that you had the missfortune to have bought from me Martin.

          Got to hand it to HH really.
          I wrote an e-mail saying that I had broken the collar around the aerial of my DX7 and where could i purchase one.
          Next day a new one shows up FOC!
          I had a faulty AR7000 which they replaced next day with new as well.
          Really top notch customer service. Now thats the way to run a business.

            spoke to john at hh on monday about an ar 500 which i think is faulty i've sent it back to them on tue for testing and am awaiting with interest because if its not faulty the only other thing it could be is my dx7 which i hope it isn't

              I also would like to thank HH, I sent back a main board for a B MCX this one kept shutting down, 3 days later a brand new one came in the post.

                i got a response back from HH yesterday the ar500 passed all their tests sothey have sent not a new one but a replacement wihich the did'nt have to do so hats off to them and thank you to horizon hobby
