Dx6i Ar7000

Can anyone tell me whether the AR7000 will bind with the DX6i and work i realise you would only have six channels but i prefer the end connection of the 7000 than the top connection of the 6200 as it is a tidier install?.

Can't see why not. I can bind 9Ch Rx to my DX7.
