I picked up a pcm9x2 cheap recently and it had a LiPo as well as the standard battery but no charger, how do i go about charging it as it is a 3s orca with no balance lead only power lead. help please.

Sounds like a basic lipo charger and charge through the power leads with no balance.

What voltage is it giving. If its 12.6 then its balanced. Otherwise it may or may not be. Then you pick any 3 numbers less than 4.2 and rearrange them to add up to the current voltage. Once you know that you'll know what to do.
