  • What do I do with them

Changing over to 2.4 (futaba 7c r617FS). Wiring it all up at the moment, all the servo/gyro pugs are in but not too sure what to do with the aerials out of the rx, I know they have to 90 degrees apart but they look so fragile!! Was just wandering what 'you' have done with yours, can you put fuel tubing over them? zip tie them to frame? Appreciate your advice.

I put two short tubes on my heli ( tye wrapped in place) and just pushed the aerials into them, they have stayed in place perfectly.

I just put mine with a rubber band in place .. not 90 degrees but never had an issue with range on them .. Have a look in the galleries to get an idea where people mount them .. they always say a picture speaks a thousand words ....

Just let mine hang out anyways!! Seriously, on the 450 one is parallel to the skids and the other dangles out of the canopy floor; on the 500 they both dangle out of the back of the fuselage and on the 600NSP they are sort of strapped in by the velcro straps for the battery and 2 in 1.

        Hope that helps?
        Shaun.
