No problems that were not caused by me
I swapped the gimbal bushes for bearings = OK
I installed a Blue power on LED = OK
I swapped the voltage regulator = Bang lol. New RF output board at £45 returned
Then the DX7 went faulty and would not allow/retain model preference chages Fortunatly for me Horizon Hobby swapped the whole Tx out for a new one on the condition that I left it well alone
They really are nice people

Yes, you witnessed my frustrations Ade, rectified now tho by changing to FASST. Only problem was with the 9ch rx's, 7ch's were fine...

I did have two lockouts due to static on the 500, however, static is an issue with the model and I'm not sure we can say that the rx being susceptible to static is actually a 'problem' with the rx or spektrum in particular. They could be better shielded but then again so could all manufacturers rx.Sponsored by CSM, Optifuel
