I had a problem with the ar6200 in my 450. I was getting an occasional cyclic glitch as the heli spooled down making the heli tip over as the blades were stopping - together with freezing of the controls for a few seconds.
No the tx becuase my big helis are fine.

i swapped out the AR6200 for a new one (bought on the day at the norh notts fly in).

Posted the seemingly faulty 18month old rx to horizon on Monday.
Today i got a package with a new AR6200 in it, saying they couldn't find a fault with the other one but have this new one with the latest quick connect software in it and by the way they can update my other receivers for free any time I want to send them (I knew this but its nice to hear it from them).
Hard to critisize that isn't it!

(Also in the post was full payment from the insurance for my car repairs, the long story i posted off topic - 5 big ones. So I'm a happy bunny. I wonder if there is a solvent bank left to deposit it in )

they have been superb in my experience, replacing broken rx cases free of charge, sending me a new battery cover for my dx7 free of charge, and checking over crashed rx's free also. cannot fault them in the slightest.

shame the same cant be said for Amerang regarding my screwed redline, but thats a long story that ill post about another day....

A lot could learn from Horizon, see my other post about the Twister in Main discussions. Horizon are faultless to be honest when it comes to customer care.
