  • DX6i display glitch normal or not? Check yours out.

    Hello all,

I bought a blade 400 that comes with a DX6i. I checked out another one at the hobby shop that was an older batch and mode 2 (mine is mode 1) and has the same problem. I just want to know if anyone else has the same problem.

It's nothing serious and the radio functions fine except for the throttle curve and pitch curve menus.

In throttle curve when you scroll to hold and the straight dotted line is displayed across the graph, if you look around the 1/4 throttle mark you will see 2 extra dots lit up making the line look solid in that part.

Also in throttle curve when you select to adjust the % setting in norm, stunt or hold if you look at the box one dot to the right of the decimal point you will see one dot missing on both the top and bottom lines of the box making it appear as a broken box.

In pitch curve the box is missing one dot from the top and bottom lines when adjusting the % setting in norm, stunt or hold the same as it does in throttle curve.

I want to know if some or all of you have the same problem. Trying to work out if it is a common production / programming problem with all of them or a batch problem. Check yours out. I'm curious and like to know.

    Cheers.

Saw a pic of one on internet and it looked similar to how you're describing, forgot to check mine last night but maybe just a display glitch.
