Binding Plug

Can anyone tell me if the Binding Plug reqd. for the Spectrum Radios come with the Rx's if bought separately.

Or is it just a normal JR power connector with the 2 outer pins shorted.

Have radio but no binding plug.

It does come with the RXs when bought seperately.
Although all it is is a shorting plug to short the signal wire to ground. i.e the 2 outer pins.
