  • DX6i sticks reversed?

Anyone had this problem after changing servos, my throttle acts like elevator and elevator like throttle, almost like it is now a mode 1 controller.

Have you plugged the servo's in the wrong channels?

    Just a thought.

Don't know what you mean, I am just trying to find out what went wrong after changing a few servos and they are in the correct channel.

ps. I have changed the ESC recently and now today the two Hextronix servos, maybe I should have re-bound, but the ESC was working fine before the servos gave up the ghost. It was flying perfect the other day.

by reversing servo's you will have messed up your swash mix. get all three servo's working in the same /correct direction using channel reverse. (dont reverse the throttle and make sure its disabled) then get the swash moving correctly by adjusting the values in swash mix to plus or minus(keeping the% the same)

Cheers Ron, after having a look at your posted settings, I see pitch curve in Hold mode is 0%, is that across the range? What if you want to set your pitch using a guage, would you adjust these settings to 0,25,50,75,100% ?

Also if I have changed my servos for hextronix HXT900's, why do I need to alter my swash mix and servo reverse settings? I assumed if you replace a servo with another and it moves in the same direction then your original settings should work, is this not the case?

hold at 0% for pos 1 only!

if your servo's are working in the same direction as the originals then you will not need to adjust the mix. however i thought in your "carefull"post you had reversed them???

All working fine now and flying like a dream if there is such a thing. The servos moved in the same direction as the originals, but would not work with the old settings, had to play around till I got there. With the head off decided to level everything from the bottom up.
