Have dialed in some cyclic>throttle mixing values but don`t know what the offset function is all about. I set 20% in elev and aile and used sub trim to stop throttle binding at full stick and cyclic deflection. Is the offset to be used instead of sub trim?
Don`t want to cheat with governer, so don`t bother telling me to use one. I prefer to learn the how`s and why`s before i cheat!

I use a DX7! The book says the offset is to redifine the neutral position of the slave channel. I assume that means the throttle. But when i dialed in some numbers, it did not seem to stop the throttle binding, so i used sub trim instead. But is the offset used to stop that binding? If so, maybe i should try again with higher value. I think i only went as far as 50!
