Radiomaster TX16S USB problem

Evening,

I received my TX16S today, I also have a Taranis X9D+. I have been trying to update the firmware of the TX16S but for some reason WIN 10 is not playing nice and does not recognise the TX. The radio is showing USB connected and if I insert the TX SD card into a separate reader the card is recognised. Open TX Companion can't see the TX either. I've checked device manager and disk manager without luck and there is nothing on YT.

Has anyone had this problem? Does anyone know a fix?

Cancel, found the problem. I didn't use the cable provided, I used 2 separate USB C cables that were handy. As soon as I used the one provided it worked.
