  • Taranis / Open TX 2.1 and Blade Bind 'n' Fly mCPx Brushed Settings

Does anyone have the settings for the mCPx? I have the orange module and can get it to bind with the mCPx and the 120SR but it they only makes noise.

I've tried searching and fiddling with the settings but obviously due to the endless settings it can be easy to change many things and get further away from the solution. I have studied the Open TX Uni pages on heli setup but they seem to be more aimed at more controllable helis like my Trex 450.

I am very happy with my Taranis Plus compared to my DX7 however there is a lot to take in and it's easy not to see the wood for the trees.

So any advice would be appreciated.

    Hi

Im not 100% sure but I think you have to bind in a different way to Spectrum with the Taranis/Orange Tx

Also, if it appears to bind but doesn't arm, try cycling through the frame rates on the module. You just press the button on it, once, and you'll get a different LED pattern. 1 blink, 2 blinks and off. Try all 3.
Current fleet: Goblin Thunder Sport (700), Trex 700L, Logo 600, Specter 700, Henseleit TDR, V-Baaa control.
Next heli: I have pretty much everything I want. Maybe I'll upgrade some electronics or something.

Cheers for the help all, yet again this forum gets me in the air!

Got my mCPX linked up and flying

One of my dip switches on my module was set wrong and I had the external set to DSM instead of PPM
