    Hi Rich-6 it wont do a factory reset but the button does work its as though only part of it is working the part that i want aint i can connect to it via the laptop its as though its not starting up and get stuck

      right just to let you all know i spoke to the tec guy at Horizon Hobby and he has told me to send it in to them as it has a fault.
      But he wants my receipt i have searched my house from top to bottem, trying to find it with no luck.
      so i am sending it without it telling them unable to find it sent it off in the last post at 4.45 so they should get it monday
      now lets see how much its going to cost me.
      I will keep you informed how i get on.

        Thanks for the update, I would be interested to know how much they charge for the repair. I suppose the receipt is required as they have been selling them for more than one year now.

          well its been a week now and no news from them dont know if thats a good thing or not as they have my phone number in the letter that i sent but i will keep you informed to as and when i get to know

            Unusual for them to take more than a couple of days I'd give them a ring mate.

                They are very good normally, Ive never had an issue nor anything take more than a couple of days. Same goes for others in the club

                  well postman came this morning with a new AR7200BX the letter said they put software in and still had binding issues then they did a factory reset and binding in all modes but this one i have got back is brand new still has the protective cover on it and no glue from the mounting pads so it looks like they sent a brand new one out but as you all say they seem to look after the customers cannot fault them top marks to Spektrum, Hobby King down in Essex TOP CLASS SERVICE AND A BIG THANK YOU guys im well happy
