  • Which PCM transmitter?

Hi, I have recently acquired an old Kalt Cyclone .50 I.C. helicopter and would like to get it back into the air so I am looking for some help re old 35mhz radio gear please. It has got all old Multiplex 35mhz radio gear fitted which I would like to keep if possible. It has got a PCM 10 35mhz fm receiver, MPX servos and a 2 box SUPER GYRO with a separate switch to start the gyro spinning, all of these have got the MPX offset pins on the servo plugs. Does anyone know if a Futaba T6EXAP or an FF9 transmitter that can be set to PCM1024 mode would work with the old Multiplex receiver using the same xtal channel or will I have to get a specific Multiplex transmitter? Many thanks, Pete.

You would probably be better off with a dx6i and a 6100 ... its 2.4 and cheep as chips that or you could wait a long time for a multiplex 35 to come out of retirement

So are you saying that the PCM10 receiver will only work with a Multiplex 35 transmitter?
