New Dx6i TX Opinions please????

Hi All

I am off to my local hobby shop later on this afternoon hopefully.
Am thinking of getting a DX6i for use on phoenix and with my little CX2
as would like a proper 6 channel Tx for use on phoenix.

From what I have read the DX6i is very good just wondered if anyone had an opinion on it and if its good with a CX2??

I have one.

Whilst it feels a little cheaper than my Futaba FF7, for the price I cannot fault it.

Just needs a bit more tension on the Throttle stick but other than that, I think its very good value and has enough functionality which allows me to fly all my models. (Except the Bell as that is 35MHz only!)

As a bonus it has the DSM2 Spread Spektrum magic as well

Just one thing, it only uses 4 standard AA batteries.

I use Vapextech Instant 2100 Nimh and they seem to last forever.

Well I have My new DX6i and will be binding it to my CX2 at some point this week. Looking forward to trying it on Phoenix too

You'll love it mate, look in the Transmitter section for info on what changes you need to make, otherwise you'll be wondering what on Earth you've done wrong. Once you've bound it though it's great.
