I'm tempted to get a futaba 12FG... 35mhz this 2.4ghz stuff just sooo many silly little issues.

With the futaba 12FG 35mhz it has the 3G 35mhz receivers option which are pretty smart as well.

You can keep 2.4ghz for now

Inwoods are usually the first to get JR equipment out to the public and they have a sneaky feeling they "Might" be here the first week in April (yes next week) but wouldnt commit themselves 100% on delivery as they havent had confirmation like the rest of the UK retailers.

Spoke to them this week and they have ordered 200 sets but have been told they won't get half that order in the first delivery..

Anyone else in the queue, No pushing at the back please..

I feel really sorry for Tony, with the mess he's had to put up with concerning the 2.4 situation JR created.
Due to the long delays and since nobody came up with a satisfactory explanation concerning differences in range checking between some UK bought DX7/Speccie modules I decided I would return to Futaba fold. Why does politics always F$%k things up so much..it was obvious from the start that R/C equipment poses little threat to communications in the UK and it would have been nice to have seen a virtually worlwide standard.

Will the new JR DSX9 work with Spektrum AR7000 receivers? I am tempted to go for one, but really don't fancy having to change out my rx's

                Cheers

Yes the JR DSX9 will work with all Spektrum DSM2 receivers.
The AR7000 is only 1024 resolution though so you will need to use the AR9000 or the JR version if you want the benefit of 2048 resolution.

I rang Inwoods on Friday and they said they are expecting them through the door very soon.

Make of that what you will.
