Standard 180's. But flightpower batteries to go with them. So fingers crossed, my stuff's waiting for me tonight, well, not the tx obviously but the motors and batteries are there.John

Will try 'em out tonight hopefully, didn't really have a chance last night, took too long to charge them up. At least my little baby's running right again.John

There good at that mate, Royal Fail, I like it.

Your love the new TX, the feel is so much better than the standard CX2 TX, but it might take a few days to get used too.

When (if?) I do get it I plan to spend a few days on Phoenix with it as well, so should get used to it quicker. Besides which I use several TX's anyway for various helis so don't really get too used to one in particular. Though that will change as the rx is going into my Skylift so I can use it on 2.4Ghz.John

Your love the digital sub trim menus, this'll make flying your heli's down to a fine art, and as you know you can have each heli programmed into it's own model channel, so you haven't got to keep changing the trim settings everytime you fly a different model.
Me, I've got PHX for Phoenix, and 450 - for the Trex, I'm going to bind the CX2 to the DX6 next.
What I love about the DX6 is the endurance of it's rechargeable power pack, the hours I've spent using it and the voltage has hardly moved.

That's good to hear, thanks mate. I'm so looking forward to it, it'll make my little CX2 more stable, as the current tx is playing up a bit. It goes in reverse momentarily before going forward, unless I shove it forwards quickly to get past that, be nice to have it so I can gently ease it forwards again. Still, I'm getting good now, 3 batteries last night and not a single mishap, despite 2 of those batteries being in our very small kitchen.John

Okay, I have to publicly apologise to Royal Mail here, it seems from a quick call to Simply T-Rex it's their fault. They didn't actually dispatch it, they admitted that although the site showed that, it was an error, and I was actually customer #16 of #15. D'oh. Ah well, at least they were honest, so I'm not going to hold it against them.John
