Holy guacamole! That's a lot of torque. Think about it, if it's true then one of those servos could lift a piece of baggage exceeding the weight limit of most airlines.

3 of them on a CCPM setup could exert over 90 kilos of force! That's mad.

Makes me wonder if there is enough power in a typical RX battery to do that.

Ive been using the mks8910 servo for about 6 months. Its the only mini 760us servo I've seen. Its been great, the build quality on it seems on par with futaba 9series if not better.
I think there may have been some reports that some of their hv servo's were not suitable on flybarless heli's, not 100% sure where I saw it or if it was true or even what the reason was. I thought it was on their site but I just had a look and can not see anything.
All of their servo's do look pretty special. Based on the mini, I would definately try some of the larger servo's, would be a tough choice between bls and hv though

I believe the 787 is not recommended for fbl setups but the 767 is.

Bought from Helidirect, just got to wait and see if I get stung by customs now.

came to £65 delivered, so still £35 cheaper than buying it here!

HV767 and HV787 are not suitable for Flybarless

HV767 and HV787 are not suitable for Flybarless

These days some consumers have got our new catalog. However, there is something confusing on page 10, with the page title written, “Ultimate 3D and flybarless System”.
Because of the title, many people misunderstand that all of HV series servos can apply to flybarless system.

In fact, only DS 760 and DS 670( will be available soon) are highly recommended for flybarless system because servos used in flybarless system need a HIGH-END MOTOR.

If you still want to use other HV servos, such as 767 and 787 in flybarless helicopters, the motor will get burned easily after several flights.

We are sorry for the misunderstanding.
If you have any suggestions, you are welcome to send us letters.

So what does this say about the quality of the motors in the DS610\620 servo if Align supply them in flybarless kits?

They have them but they are not listed yet.

I mailed them and got some no hassles.
