Bls451

Ive noticed today on my bls451 on the elevator it's very "notchy" (crunchy) flys alright though...
I've taken it apart as apparently it may have a plastic gear that's missing a tooth....all the gears are metal and look fine.....any ideas?

it does have a large plastic gear Fastlads have them Futaba BLS451 1st Gear Y-1M11K36801

I had one that felt a little notch in the middle and it was the plastic gear at the bottom ,,, it looked perfect but when i replaced it prob sorted

We had one the same all gears on inspection were fine! Motor or amp fault so it went back to ripmax.

Took it apart again and looked carefully and half a tooth was chipped!! £6 something for a new gear! Result!!!!
