Ben, use these 310-107 CF Servo Arm
These are from the Synergy E7se, and the bolt to a Futaba small round wheel with 4 M2x 6mm bolts.
These are also being used on the new N7, and I believe Swale uses them on his 700E dfc proHenseleit TDR

Use the disk ones but cut them down using a demel/hacksaw to get them looking pretty.
The disks were thicker than most servo horns and you could leave more meat on them around the ball making them stiffer without spending 20quid on shiny anodized metal ones.www.accurc.com

That's all you get ordered like that Ben, you just need 3 black round Futaba wheels (the ones that come with every Futaba servo) and you need 4 x M2x6mm button head bolts and nuts per horn. Ball centre is exactly 20mm from spline centre.Henseleit TDR V-Bar x2
