CSM rl20 engine cut issue

Having trouble getting my governor working with my Dx8 throttle cut feature......after initialization all works well, I can see the throttle reduce when throttle cut switch is used,but once engine is start this then stops working leaving me having too cut fuel supply by hand to stop engine. Has any one got a suggestion ?

Change the - value of the servo travel on throttle cut, seems as though it's not closing the carb enough
