Frame rate settings for CSM 720

Hi all,
I have a CSM SL720 gyro on my Raptor 50 Titan and can't seem to cure the tail wag be it fast or slow. I have a Savox 1258tg fast tail servo which states that the speed at 4.8 volts is .10 But how do i work out the frame rate on this servo.
For example the frame rate on a Futaba 9254 is 333ms and i want to make sure i have the correct speed setting on the pc interface.
I have gone through the quick gyro set up and heli is also set up right mechanically.
