Fitted one of these to my new Raptor 50 Titan as i like the idea of the rev's being controlled, But it has given me a headache from start to finish

I think i have it set up right, But want to ask some potentially stupid questions to check, I've never had a nitro before so never used a govenor and the instructions are a little tricky to get my head round!
I've installed it and done the sensor test and all good, I've got the remote gain connected and set so it activates the different gains when i swith to idle up (just so i dont have too many switches to worry about)
No the technical bit (Well for me anyway!!)
I read that good headspeeds are 1500 in Norm and between 1900 - 2100 in idle up for the Raptor 50
Also read that the heli's ratio is 8.5
Soooooo
In normal i've used the set button to set 11k rpm led on then ramped the gain so the 1k, 500 and 250 led's are on giving me 12750rpm, 12750 / 8.5 = 1500 Headspeed
And in idle up, 14k led on with set button and 2k + 500 led's with the gain giving me 16500rpm, 16500 / 8.5 = 1940 Headspeed
Does this sound right to anyone???
Also my other question is that the govenor activates at 25% throttle stick, So does that mean that as soon as i hit 25% throttle the engine will rev up to 12750rpm on its own in Norm mode regardless of stick position (above 25%), And only rev down when i get below 25% throttle??
And also with the govenor set for idle up at 16500rpm as soon as i hit the idle up the engine will rise to that rpm and stay there until i go back to normal??

.. And yes it engages after 25%, when you do your throttle curves do them something like this 0,20,46,63,100 in idle up 100,63,46,63,100
