Hi guys, I've got a bit of a problem with my DS620 and was wondering if you could help me out please.
I'm using it on the tail of a Raptor 50 with a Quark gyro which is running on a 7.4v lipo through an Align 2 in 1.
When I powered up the gyro was in HH mode and showed a solid blue light as normal but the tail servo wasn't doing anything when the rudder stick was moved or the gyro. If I put a little bit of pressure on the horn, the servo starts twitching for a short time then stops.
I by passed the gyro and plugged the servo straight into the rudder port on the Rx but no change. The same thing happened when I used the throttle port too. Turning the horn by hand is nice and smooth. I removed the casing to see if any of the teeth were damaged, but nothing found. When the gear on the right was removed, the motor just kept spinning continually. If the centre gear was taken out, with a little push it started turning in both directions as if it is searching for a reference point of something and then stops 3 seconds later. No stick movement used.
I have run a different servo off the rudder channel with no problems.
If any more info is needed just ask.
Many thanks
Dave
