Servo jitter mid stick

Just rebuilt my 450pro and going through set up everything seemed fine, nice smooth movements in all 3 ds 410's and set up the tarot zyx bang on, but on spool up, around 1/4 to mid stick I'm getting servo jitter from aileron servo, there may also be a little in the other cyclics, any one got any tips on what I should do to sort it out?? Could it be in the gyro?? Or is the servo shot??

sounds to me it could possibly be on its way out try unplugging it and put direct into rx see if it jutters then

Only problem with that is I don't run a RX only a sat. I checked it on servo tester and all stick imputs were sily smooth, looks like a strip down this avo :-(

I've taken the blades off, spooked her up and got slight jitters off all 3 cyclics, now it seems the elevator is main one. Only does it mid to full stick!! Any clues guys ????

is it a belt drive? cos if its only doing so on spool up could be static. have a look at these just for reference on how to stop static. mabe werth a shot if its belt drive

Cheers guys, found the problem, the tiny shaft inside was bent and making the gears bind, replaced it and the gears and all good. Well a lot better lol. Think the actuall shaft of motor is slightly out, they feel a lot better, but still slight jitter on full stick. I'll test fly and see how she vibrates and go from there.
