Newbie trying to set up Talon 90 in governor mode

I've now put in 2350 for idle up 2. The software says I've got says this leaves minimal governor overhead. Will this be a problem?

That's why I fitted 13t pinion, but if you drop in increments of 50rpm you will find it goes green. I wouldn't run it at that h/speed if it is warning you, but hey I'm no expert.

Its orange at 2350. Do i have to get different main gear if I change the pinion?

Drop it 2300, probably go green.
No you don't need new main gear, just get the 13t pinion, but make sure it is the right one to match the slant cut main gear. For my 550e DFC v3 I got this one from Raj at Align ~ 13T M1 Slant Lynx (trex 600/700) LX0268

Keith, I was just thinking this morning (strange and unusual), when you fit the 13t pinion, don't forget to change the pinion setting in the s/ware (obvious I know, but easily forgotten......, I nearly did )
