Servo arm preference?

What servo arms do you guys use?

I'm not happy with the ones on my 7hv so want to get some better ones. Liking the quick uk arms but not sure on arms that are metal.

I'm using the Mikado "carbon" arms on my Logo. For the tail I am using a standard JR round disk which does it's job just fine.

Metal ones can transfer more forces through to the servo in a crash, but on the other hand I have heard reports of servo splines being stripped with plastic horns as the grip isn't as strong.

My son just damaged 2 servos on his Trex 600N using metal servo arms. He is now going with Plastic as come with the Align servos.

I always use the Plastic servo arms that come with the servos. In a crash, they or the links break but NOT the servos....... so far.
