HV Servos

I want to get some HV servos. I am down to a choice of two:

Outrage (mks) Torq 9088
JR DS8717HV's

I fancy the 8717HV's but I have seen reports of the developing slop. (they are guaranteed though so I think I could claim if this was happen).

Anyone used both or one set of these servos? If so what do u think?

The outrage HV servos are awesome. Wee been using them in the FBL 700 turbine for approx 30-40 flights so far and the perform perfectly very impressed thus far...

I got the JR ones and they are very good. Early days and not many flights so far but they good.

However, someone at the field has used both with many many flights James and rates the Outrage as the best there is.

i use the outrage servos and they are very good 100+ flights and no probs so far

If you go the Outrage ones then its the 9180 cyclics or the 9188 for tail (for 90's), the older ones are the 9080 cyclics and 9088 tail, great reports on these and I aint came across any grumbles. Yes they are made by MKS but they are different to the MKS range, MKS do now offer there own HV range.. however its actually more expensive and less spec'd than the Outrage ones?!

forgot to mention i use the 9080 on cyclics and i have a 9088 on the tail fusion and velo 50 i use the 9188 tail on my velo 90 all are awsome just wish i had £1200 to kit all my helis out with em
