Anyone got any info on this yet, Seems to look like a small 3Gx

I would guess that they have kept the same box but just ditch the other axis. Not sure what the tail is like on the 3gx, if it's any good we might be onto a winner. About time Align bought out a real decent tail gyro, not been one since the gp750.

the thing that threw me was the fact it still has aileron and elevator written on it :S

The tail on the 3GX is a massive improvement over the 3G unit

i fly a 3gx along with a 650 servo, and I can tell you the tail is rock solid!.

Sounds like Align have (finally) got a gyro worth keeping. I usually bin the Align gyro in favor of a Quark. Which is getting increasingly less attractive price-wise when you look at the cost of the BeastX. Quark is around the £120 mark and BeastX £148.

Hmm would be a neat idea if its an all in one unit ie no need for rx. Just use two sats and 1 gyro built in for the tail only. would make for a good fb set up me thinks.


On the other hand i might just copywrite that idea. Nobody steal it.

its a gyro slash reciever, looking at it with the govener, just a 3gx with out the ten sensors for fbl
