Futaba Gyro Pads

I ordered 5 sets of Futaba gyro pads from a UK store and received these today.

I've never seen Futaba gyro pads sold in a non-branded packet before, nor have I seen them in packs of more than 3. There are 15 pads in this packet and they're the right size and look like the right kind of stuff. Also, I don't remember genuine Futaba pads having Sekisui manufacturer's marks on them, but that is from memory.

Any thoughts?

Are the better than the originals, or worse? Have I been cheated since I ordered 'Futaba Gyro Mounting Pads' (as it says it on the invoice) and have been sent a copy?

Also on the same invoice, I ordered 2 packs of 'Spartan Adhesive Gyro Foam' (as it says it on the invoice) and have two different packs of gyro pads, both for the Spartan Quark, one with metal plate and one without. I have several Spartans and they're all DS760s, so these pads are too small.

On the plus side - the other 2 things on the order were correct.

thats the same as the ones I got when I ordered Spartan pads from a well know store also

I got them when i ordered Futaba pads from fast lads i believe.

I ordered Futaba pads and Spartan pads. The Spartan pads are fully branded, one with metal plate and pack without. My frustration with the Spartan ones is that they have supplied 'Quark' size pads, when the web advert and indeed the invoice does not specify Quark size pads. All my Spartan gyros are 760s, so I wanted the bigger size ones. The paperwork and website does not state which size is on offer. The Spartan side of the order is just frustrating.

On the other hand, it's the Futaba pads that are the right size, but are clearly not a Futaba branded product, and it's Futaba pads that I ordered, so that's what I would like to have been delivered, not some clone version.

Ok, just spoken with the shop and they asure me that the unbranded pads are genuine Futaba ones. They just buy them in bulk so can ship them in the format in my photo. To be fair, they do look like the right thickness and density etc, so I'm tempted to believe.

As for the Spartan ones, they don't have any of the bigger 760 size pads in stock, and the Quark ones are of no use to me. They are going to refund the cost of these pads to me and don't want me to send them back.

So, going free..... well maybe a pound or something for postage????
