  • question.

    ok,,im building v-max...using a 6v reg system with step down to tail,servo,5.1v

what worries me.//about how will the 6v apply to my revloc..and servo,,
do i use a step down on the throttle servo..and what about the aux channel that runs revloc,??

    what's the crack here?

It depends on which servo you're using. Check out the specs for all the servos you're using. If they're only designed to run at 4.8V, and not at 6V, then there's your answer.

Most tail servos (Futabas particularly) are only designed to operate at 4.8V, hence the need for the step down.

the revlock will be fine but as stated above check the servo voltage

Sorry Steve I can't answer whether the revlock/Servos will be okay with 6v..CSM website for a specsheet maybe?

Failing that, Fit the Align inline 5.1v reg that comes with the 600e on each channel?

              gets even stranger....ive been runing 5.3v reg,,,on my synergy..on S9255 and 601 combo,,,no problems

i beleave futaba servos can run @ 5.7v..

maybe i should just stick with 5.7v reg.without step down,,having seen in other posts futaba servo's its the max voltage without damaging them..

dose anyone know if skyline take paypal.???

i have been running 5.8 for a while now. i personally wouldnt bother with the 810g its a POS imo. It might be quick but other than that its naff

3152 works great on the rev lock. As there is very little load on the servo i wouldnt worry about running it at 6.0v

cheers ade.......i bin the jr810g,,,,then.....drop kicked.

                  ive some (9252's kicking about...witch will do...for test flights...lol

youve very right runing a revloc ,thers not need for a super fast servo,,as the revlov limits it anyway.waste of money ,,speeding £43.50 on 9254...and a (3152).@ half the cost thay run just as well.

think people forget the revloc wont let the work @ the full speed.as revloc controls servo ,,and limits it,.(as i done some home here boys.kind of.
