I haven't, but wasn't there something about this a while back if the servo was tight in the frame it would burn out?
Seem to remember Finless saying somthing about it

They do tend to quite easily, and usual cause is if it had been in a crash, and although may seem to work fine afterwards, a tooth in the servo may be slightly deformed, and this can tend to burn out the servo. Servos should feel totally smooth when not powered up, and even a slight graunciness will mean a tooth is bent inside and can cause it to burnout.

The set hasnt ever been crashed but it was on a flybarless set up so wondering if these are right on the limit for flybarless.
