Is it possible to have the gov off in normal mode as to help tune the engine, have 1650 in idle up 1 and 1955 in idle 2?

If it is, how do I go about it with a JR 12X?

You set it via the Speed1 setting on the display panel:

thats how i used to do it, just set speed 1 to 0 although ive started tuning with the gov on now after watching Tim jones tuning vids, still crap at tuning engines though lol, just havent got the ear for it yet!
